Most of the year’s leaves fall in October and November. Clearing your gutters once most of them are down, and before the heavy winter rain, gives the water a clear run to your downpipes for the wettest months.
When a gutter is blocked, rain spills over the edge and runs down the wall instead. That can leave damp patches inside, stained brickwork outside and puddles by the back door. Over the winter, water sitting in a blocked gutter adds weight to the brackets, and in a freeze it can turn to ice.

We use a gutter vacuum with a reach-and-wash pole system. The pole lifts the vacuum head up to the gutter while we stay safely on the ground, and the leaves, moss and silt are sucked out of the gutter and down into the vacuum unit. It’s a safer, more efficient and more economical way to clear gutters on most homes, with no scaffolding needed. Where a section can’t be reached that way, we use an access tower.
Gutter clearing empties the inside of the gutter. Our fascia and soffit service is a separate clean for the outside: we wash the outside of the gutters, the fascia boards they’re fixed to and the soffits underneath, taking off the green and grey build-up that makes white uPVC look tired. Many customers book both on the same visit, and booking two services together takes 15% off the price.

Save 15% when you book 2 or more services. The discount comes off the one-off jobs in your quote, so gutter clearing plus fascia and soffit cleaning on a 2/3-bed semi is £240 less 15%, which is £204. If you add gutter clearing to regular window cleaning, you get 15% off the gutter clearing and your window cleaning stays at its normal price per visit. The same goes for conservatory roof cleaning and carpet cleaning.

Gutter clearing is £100 for a 2-bed property, £120 for a 2/3-bed semi, £140 for a 3/4-bed detached house and £160 for a 5-bed detached house, assuming good access and no unusual features. Larger or unusual homes are quoted individually.
