Jaywick is a coastal village about two miles west of Clacton-on-Sea, close to our base at Dahlia Close. We offer regular 6-weekly and 12-weekly window cleaning across Jaywick, including the Brooklands and Grasslands areas, and next door in Seawick.
Every regular visit includes your windows, frames, sills and doors. We text you the evening before we’re due, so you don’t need to be in.
Jaywick was built in the 1930s as a holiday resort for Londoners. Many of its original chalets and bungalows have since become permanent homes, and most properties are single-storey. Low windows are quick for us to clean, and any home with fewer than three bedrooms is charged at our 3-bed semi price of £19 every 6 weeks or £25 every 12 weeks, which is our minimum price. A conservatory or extension adds £5.
With the beach and sea wall on the doorstep, windows here pick up a lot of salt and wind-blown sand. On a 6-weekly round the build-up never gets too heavy. Pure water and a soft brush lift it off without scratching the glass, and it dries naturally without watermarks.
Some Jaywick homes have no side gate or rear access. In that case, we can offer a fronts-only clean. For insurance reasons, we can’t climb fences or run hoses through your home, but we can go through a garage if there’s a clear route to the back.
If you’re on our round and the gate is locked on the day, we’ll clean the front, and you can book a rear clean when it suits you.
