Lawford is a large village about six miles north-east of Colchester. It runs straight into Manningtree on its eastern side, with the Stour estuary below it and Dedham Vale a short way west. Its homes range from older cottages to family houses on the estates around Manningtree High School and the village’s two primary schools. Whatever you live in, every regular visit includes your windows, frames, sills and doors at no extra cost.
If your home has a conservatory or an extension, each adds just £5 per visit. We clean from the ground with a water-fed pole and purified water, so we can normally reach the windows above a conservatory or a single-storey extension too. If the conservatory roof itself has turned green, our conservatory roof cleaning starts at £80.
We text you the evening before your clean. You don’t need to be home, but please leave the side gate unlocked so we can do the back. If it’s locked, we’ll clean the front and you can book a rear clean when it suits you.
If you have mature trees near the house, autumn leaves can block gutters and downpipes. Our gutter clearing uses a gutter vacuum operated from the ground, and you can add it to your window clean. Our fascia and soffit cleaning washes the outside of the gutters and boards to keep green build-up at bay.
