Holland-on-Sea sits on the coast just north-east of Clacton town centre, between the town and Holland Haven Country Park, with Frinton Road running through the middle. It’s part of our home patch, a short drive from our base in Clacton-on-Sea, so we’re in the area regularly.
We offer regular 6-weekly and 12-weekly window cleaning and one-off cleans. Every regular visit includes your windows, frames, sills and doors.
Many homes in Holland-on-Sea are bungalows and chalet-style houses. With everything at or near ground level they are quick to clean, and any home with fewer than three bedrooms pays our 3-bed semi price of £19 every 6 weeks or £25 every 12 weeks, which is our minimum. A conservatory or extension adds £5.
Homes near the cliff-top and the seafront take the wind straight off the sea, so a 6-weekly clean is the best way to keep salt and sand off the glass. Homes further inland may be fine on 12-weekly.
Solar panels on a bungalow roof are often easy to reach. Dirty panels can lose some of their output to dust, bird droppings and salt, and we clean them with soft brushes and purified water. You get a discount if it’s added to your regular window clean. If your conservatory roof has turned green, our conservatory roof cleaning starts at £80.
If you’d rather not be disturbed, that’s fine. We don’t give appointment times for regular cleans. You’ll get a text the evening before, and you just need to leave the gate unlocked.
