DB Window Cleaning Services is based in Clacton-on-Sea, at 23 Dahlia Close (CO16 7BU), so this is our home patch. We clean houses and businesses all over the town, from the roads around Pier Avenue and Station Road to Great Clacton, Valley Road and Old Road, and on to Holland-on-Sea, Jaywick and St Osyth.
Every regular visit covers your windows, frames, sills and doors. You choose a 6-weekly or 12-weekly round, and we text you the evening before so you know to leave the side gate unlocked. You don’t need to be in.
Clacton’s seafront, from the pier along past the Martello towers, takes the full force of the wind off the North Sea, and homes near the front tend to collect a film of salt and sand on their glass. If you live close to the sea, a 6-weekly round keeps on top of it. Further inland, 12-weekly may be all you need.
Plenty of Clacton homes are bungalows or smaller houses. Any home with fewer than three bedrooms is charged at our 3-bed semi price, which is our minimum, and a conservatory or extension adds £5.
We clean from the ground using a water-fed pole and purified water. The pure water dries naturally without leaving watermarks, and upstairs windows or glass above a porch or extension are normally within reach.
We also clean shops, offices and other commercial premises in and around Clacton town centre, and we work around your opening hours. Commercial work is priced individually.
Prices are per visit and are the same in Clacton-on-Sea as everywhere else we work.

Usually, yes. We clean from the ground with a water-fed pole, so if we can see the window we can normally clean it. A very long conservatory or extension can limit access to some windows.
