The old centre of St Osyth grew up around St Osyth Priory, and the village still has plenty of period cottages and older houses alongside newer family homes. We use soft brushes and purified water rather than soap, and if you have an original wooden door with no weather strip, we wipe it with a damp cloth so that water doesn’t run underneath.
Point Clear sits on the other side of St Osyth Creek, an arm of the Colne estuary, with the Martello tower at its tip. Homes there range from bungalows to holiday and park homes, and many face the water. Salt and wind dull the glass quickly on the creek and estuary side, so a 6-weekly round works best for those homes. Smaller homes pay our minimum 3-bed semi price.
Holiday homes can be cleaned while you’re away. Just make sure we can get to the back, or tell us to clean the front only.
Village homes with mature gardens often have gutters full of leaves by late autumn. Our gutter clearing starts at £100, and our conservatory roof cleaning starts at £80, using purified water and no harsh chemicals, so there’s no risk to your plants or lawn.
