Frinton’s houses range from the large Edwardian and inter-war homes near the Greensward to the 1930s modernist houses of the Frinton Park Estate, some of which are now listed, and family homes and bungalows further inland towards Kirby Cross. Homes that face the sea across the Greensward feel the wind off the North Sea, and their glass dulls more quickly. A 6-weekly round suits them best.
Larger detached homes are priced by bedroom count, from £23 for a 3-bed detached to £33 for a 5-bed detached on a 6-weekly round. If your home is bigger than that or has unusual features, we may want to see it first so that we can give you an accurate price.
We work in rounds, so it can be hard to move a clean to a different week. If you’re going away, just let us know before you leave. We can skip that clean and you won’t be charged. If you’ve left a gate locked by mistake, we’ll clean the front and you can book a rear clean when you’re back.
We also clean shops and businesses along Connaught Avenue and elsewhere in town, at times to suit you.
