We clean windows for homes and businesses throughout Colchester, including Lexden, Stanway, Greenstead, Old Heath, Shrub End and Berechurch, out to Wivenhoe and Rowhedge, and in villages such as Dedham, Aldham, Elmstead Market and Copford. Colchester is a straight run up the A133 from our base in Clacton-on-Sea.
You can choose a regular 6-weekly or 12-weekly clean, or book a one-off. Every regular visit includes your windows, frames, sills and doors, and we text you the evening before so you know to leave the gate unlocked.
Colchester has everything from period houses in the Dutch Quarter and the streets around Castle Park to Victorian terraces close to the town centre and newer estates on the edges of town. Terraced homes with fewer than three bedrooms pay our 3-bed semi price, which is our minimum. If your terrace has rear access through a shared passage, just make sure the gate is unlocked on the day.
Many family homes have a conservatory or extension, which adds £5 per visit. We clean with a water-fed pole and purified water from the ground, so the upstairs windows above a conservatory are normally within reach.
We clean commercial premises of all kinds, including shops, schools, nursing homes, hotels, offices, leisure centres and housing association buildings. We can work around your opening hours, and commercial work is priced to suit the building, so call us for a quote.
The 12-weekly price is higher per visit than the 6-weekly price because the extra build-up takes longer to clean, but you’ll have fewer visits each year.
